Come with me to the Punica oase...
I bought a raider recently! I can't eat it myself, but.. I did!
Well Raider does still exist but it's called twix
Raider tasted much better
The most horrible tasting cola ever made.
Do they still sell these?
In my days (waaaay back), they were almost essential buys at the movies, but instead of eating them, you'd roll them down the isles of the theatre on the polished wooden floors. The noise always grabbed attention.
Of course, they were relatively cheap back then.
Look @Warren !
Wow Petra, I didn't know the old Jaffa tradition had grown to this, what a brilliant idea for a charity event.
I've actually been to Baldwin Street in Dunedin, so I can appreciate what a spectacle that must have been.
It was JUST sweet. And I loved it in those days. ( 70's )
Bazooka bubble gum! I never understood the Bazooka Joe pictures though
If this is still sold in your country....send me a shipload please!
I'm actually a cokeaholic, and I've not seen either of those in Australia.
Not sure I'd like it though.
I've tried most of the "variants" but they just don't hit the spot for me, I always return to the original.
We even had this variety in Aus for a while, but like most countries, it failed (probably because people like me, their primary market just didn't like the taste).
Since I'm now a diabetic, I know I should give the stuff up, but it's like Bram and the cigs I guess.
Another cokeaholic! Whoohoo! Maybe we should start CCAA, Coca Cola Addicts Anonymous, @Warren!
By the way, the vanilla flavored Coca Cola is one of my favorites! A few stores still have them here.
